After reading Michael Pollan's Omnivore's Dilema, and having just returned from 3 weeks in Italy, I am thoroughly convinced that the laws regulating the sale of meat and poultry to restaurants, which essentially make it impossible to use healthy, grass fed livestock need to be changed.
