Spring Bulbs are now available from Burkhardt’s Herb Garden at the Keyport Farmer’s Market. Join us Fridays from 10-2 at the Island Jamz Carribean Restaurant. Some cool season vegetable starts are ready for planting. Green Onions and Brussels Sprouts are also
available this week. Cool season crops such as Broccoli, Cabbage and Kales are ready to plant in late February through March. Lettuce, Onions and Oriental vegetables are available in March and April. Over 40 varieties of Tomatoes are ready for planting in late April through May. Basil, Sweet Pepper and Chili Peppers are for sale in May. Anne Burkhardt is the sole owner/operator and holds a BS in Biology and a Nursery Grower’s Certificate from Edmonds Community College.
