Vendor update, who’s in and who’s out

This information is as accurate as possible but our vendor’s lives sometimes cause this list to change after the eNews goes out.

Last week I forgot two of our returning vendors, so I wanted to feature them so you will not miss their great products.

Molasses Tree:
Karena is a Kitsap County native and a beautiful textile artist. She creates a unique children’s clothing line often times incorporating recycled men’s shirts to create these fashions. Her kids’ slippers are very popular with the local kids. Karena also offers hand bags, totes, and other delightful items. Custom orders are welcome, so stop by her booth, welcome her back, and find a great treasure.

Daydream Creations:
Pam returns this year with her herbal products and handmade soaps. Her very popular “Tough Mouse” is an indestructible catnip toy, filled with locally grown catnip and loved by all our local feline friends.
Pam also carries a wonderful line of potpourris, aromatherapy and the beachcomber blend are just two blends offered.
New this year is her lavender filled “Birdie Buddies”, which are cute fuzzy chicks. Watch throughout the season to more introductions to her line.

PR Strid:
Paula’s hand dyed silk chiffon scarves are $4 off this market day, usually $14, get them for $10 while they last. These will provide you with a lovely spring pick me up. Thinking ahead, Mother’s Day is just around the corner.

3 in 1 Worm Ranch:
Julie and Danny have a superb plant fertilizer that you will want to pick up for your spring plantings. They are offering a free 650g brick of coconut coir with every 1 gallon purchase of their worm tea. You can also learn about starting your own worm bin and they have the kits for this too.

Music at the Market

Chris Neil and “Good Enough
Kingston singer-songwriter Chris Neil fronts the rock and country cover band “Good Enough” at the market this Saturday.
He’s an Iowa boy who joined the Navy, saw the world, married a Bainbridge Island girl, moved to Kingston and now makes music.

Thanks to all of you who joined us for opening day last week! It is so great to be back at the market on Saturdays and we are grateful for all of you who support our local farmers and producers. This Saturday should be sunny and nice, so we look forward to seeing you.
Remember, no more trips away from the market to find that ATM machine, stop by the PFM booth and we can provide you with those services!

Jackie and Michele
