Hi, I’m Jim Freeman. I am very pleased to have the opportunity to be a member of the Kitsap Community and Agriucltural Alliance. It really is great fun to work witht he board members, members and friends, all of whom are so dedicated to improving the lot of local food in Kitsap.

You see, I am a real estate broker in Kitsap real estate and a licensed loan originator. I help people buy and sell commercial properties, homes, investments, land and provide other real estate services. I know that agriculture and culture generally are what gives our community its unique character. They are also the foundation to economic health and well being.

You see, I believe that whatever the problems we face now with the decline of local food production in Kitsap and around the country, if a sufficient number of people will make a commitment of time and resources the health of our farms, our farmers, our communities and our economic lives can be greatly improved.
