Terrapin Farms

Terrapin Farms Logo
Terrapin Farms roadside Farm Stand opens April 30th in Historic Port Gamble with a variety of fresh salad fixings ready for eating! Early season crops include asparagus, lettuce, radishes, rhubarb, potatoes, spinach, and chives. We carry fresh produce from our farm and other Washington family farms from May through September. Saturdays you can also visit our booth at the Kingston Farmer’s Market. On Sundays stroll across the street from the Farm Stand and enjoy the Port Gamble Sunday Market.

Ken Vasey started Terrapin Farms in the mid-1990′s with plums, raspberries, and strawberries. Since then, Ken has grown Terrapin Farms to include dozens of fruit trees, multiple varieties of blueberries and raspberries, and a wide selection of vegetables. Cindy Tyo began working with Ken at the Kingston Farmer’s Market after they met in 2006. She started growing produce in her greenhouse at her Kingston property in 2007, and continues to do so today.

After many years of running Terrapin Farms from booths at the Kingston and Port Gamble Farmer’s Market’s, having the Port Gamble fruit stand become available for lease was an opportunity to take the business to the next level we couldn’t pass up. We are excited with the opportunity before us and look forward to sharing the fruits, and vegetables, of our labors with our families, friends, and community.

Please stop by our booth in Kingston on Saturdays (9 AM – 2 PM), or our Farm Stand in Port Gamble on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (10 AM – 5 PM), and introduce yourself!
