Chris will be there as part of a panel discussion to talk about how the OC Culinary program is attempting to procure more food from local farmers in Kitsap County. Apparently he has had difficulty obtaining local ingredients, especially animal protein and wants to encourage farmers top work with him on this.

I will also be presenting plans for a 30 bed, 5 building adult family home project in Bremerton. We are looking for advice on how to design this urban project to optimize growing capacity on site and how we might procure all of our food supplies from local sources.

Are there any farmers out there willing to help?
