Abundantly Green – Holt Ranch beef available

Abundantly Green at Holt Ranch has beef available by the Whole, Half, or Split Side.
These are young animals, and the meat is very lean. The hanging weight historically ranges, for a whole, from 340 pounds to 520 pounds. Our beef is naturally raised, grass & alfalfa fed, open pastured, no hormones, no antibiotics, and no pesticides. Continue reading
