Food Safety Modernization Act and You
Regulation affects us all, from the driver’s licenses we carry in our purses and wallets, to the ways financial institutions use our money, to the foods we eat.
As a farmer, or a consumer interested in local food, how does regulation of food growers affect you?

Were you just too busy to make it to the KCAA monthly meeting in January?
Check out what you missed in the meeting minutes, posted below. I’m developing the format, so any formatting requests or suggestions are welcome. Hopefully the notes will provide you with resources to make the presenter information that much more valuable, even if you did attend the meeting.
The KCAA meets regularly, on the second Tuesday of the Month, at 6:30pm.
