The Kitsap Community and Agricultural Alliance cordially invites you to join us. We are a volunteer organization that seeks to grow and improve the farm economy and community in Kitsap County, WA. The individual member dues are $20.00 per year. Here are some benefits of membership:

  • subscription to our newsletter (email)
  • author privileges to post on this website
  • a member link to your site
  • notice of special events and offers
  • the good feeling of helping local farmers
  • potluck provision and consumption privileges at all KCAA events
  • the chance to make new friends

Our annual budgets will eventually be posted on this site but it typically has been less than $3,000/year funded mostly by donations and occasionally grants from Kitsap County. Most of the work is done by volunteers. Expenses are for printing and publishing costs, banking services, insurance for events and the like. If we had more members, we could do more to help increase the incomes of local farmers and make it a better place for all who call Kitsap County home.

Membership Choices

The KCAA has undertaken the mission to help the production and consumption of local food become the mainstream in Kitsap County and not just a niche fad. We organize our volunteers into what we call task forces where you are able to choose an area of interest based upon what you are truly excited about. The organization then works to support you and your task force team to produce a measurable result consistent with our objectives. To learn more about our task force work click here.

The Kitsap Community & Agricultural Alliance means hope for our future.  My Grandkids, yours, and theirs will thank us.

I see the faces of producers who joyfully share their excellence with consumers who joyfully, gratefully can look them in the eye.  I see trust restored, our environment protected and respected, and a real economy based on real value in a truly free market.

God be praised!
